 专业介绍

    材料科学与工程(学术型):我校材料科学与工程学科于1990年、2006年先后获硕士、博士学位授予权,属部级重点学科。共有25名专业教师,其中教授8名,具有博士学位者16名。硕士指导教师17名,其中4名教师已被聘为博士指导教师,一名博导为国家杰出青年基金获得者。拥有电子扫描显微镜、X光衍射仪、荧光能谱仪等一大批完善的材料分析和实验设备。
    在长期的教学和科研工作中,形成了相对稳定而又具有明显特色的研究方向。近几年尤其在电子材料的特性、结构与性能的微观表征、可靠性技术、计算机模拟与性能预测、激光陶瓷材料制备技术等研究领域取得了创造性成果和突破性进展,研究水平处于国内领先地位,部分成果达到国际先进水平。本校该学科的科研项目任务饱满,年均科研经费超过300万元。
    本学科每年招收硕士生、博士生共30~40名。毕业生的签约率达100%,毕业生均在高校、科研和生产单位从事材料科学与工程领域的设计、研究、开发与管理工作。
    The discipline of materials science and engineering in Xidian University is one of the key disciplines in the Ministry of education ofChina. The right to award master degrees and doctoral degrees for the discipline were given in 1990 and 2006 respectively. The total 25 teachers with 16 PhD are in the discipline, including 8 professors, 17 Master's Supervisors with 4 Doctoral Supervisors, 1 China National Funds for Distinguished Young Scientists. The instruments and equipments are Scanning Electron Microscopes, X-ray diffraction instruments, Fluorescence Spectrometers and so on.
    During the long-term teaching and research work, the relatively stable research directions with obvious characteristics have been formed. In recent years, creative achievements with great breakthroughs have been achieved especially in the electronic materials with the electrical properties, microscopic structures, reliability, the computational of material science, the fabrication technology of laser ceramic materials etc..  Some of the material researches are up to the top in china and the advanced in the international. Enough research projects in the material discipline have been approved and the annual research funds are over 3 million RMB. 
 
    材料工程(专业型):新材料、信息技术和生物技术并列为新技术革命的重要标志。以纳米材料、电子材料、光电子材料、生物材料及新能源材料等为代表的新材料技术创新显得更为异常活跃,新材料诸多领域正面临着一系列新的技术突破和重大的产业发展机遇。
    材料科学与工程是当今社会经济发展的一个重要支柱,它主要分为基础科学、技术科学和工程技术三个不同的层次。基础科学是研究材料的基础性科学理论;技术科学是以理论为基础,针对材料技术中带有普通性的问题研究所得的一门科学;工程技术则是综合应用基础科学和技术科学的知识,为最有效的利用材料来为人类服务而发展起来的一类专门技术。
    The important symbol of new technology revolution is new materials, information technology and biotechnology. New materials technology innovation is represented by nano-materials, electronic materials, optoelectronic materials, biological materials and new energy materials and more actively. The new materials in many areas are faced with a series of new technical breakthroughs and significant industry development opportunities. 
    Materials science and engineering is an important support of the development in social and economic at the present age. It mainly divided into three different levels including basic science, technology science and engineering technology. Basic science researches the basic scientific theory of materials; technology science is a science based on the theory researching for the universality problem in material technology; Engineering technology is a comprehensive application of the basic science and technology science, a special technology utilizing materials to service of human with most efficiency. 
 
    应用化学(学术型):应用化学学科于2003年获得硕士学位授予权,现有研究生指导教师5名,学术梯队中有教授2人;副教授8人;具有博士学位的教师7名。
    本学科点目前有“应用电化学”、“功能材料化学”、“分子设计与模拟”等研究方向。拥有完善的实验设备和场所。十多年来,在材料表面改性与功能化、光电催化剂的制备及应用、硼酸盐化学及无机晶须材料的合成和功能特性、工业烟气除尘过程在线分析系统研制、催化剂的分子设计等方面开展了科学研究。先后承担了国家及省级自然基金项目、省级科研项目及与企业合作项目等多项。本专业毕业生就业范围广泛,可以在高校或者科研机构从事材料表面改性、光电功能材料、分子设计与模拟等多方面的研发工作。
    Applied chemistry discipline obtained a masters degree granting in 2003. There are 5 graduate advisors and 2 professors, 8 associate professors especially in the academic echelon, in which 7 teachers have the doctorate.
    There are "applied electrochemical", "functional material chemistry", "molecular design and simulation" and so on research directions in the discipline and with perfect experimental equipments and places. We carried out scientific research in material surface modification and functionalization, preparation and application of photoelectric catalyst, borate chemistry, synthesis and functional features of inorganic whisker materials, development of online analysis system on industrial flue gas dust removal process, molecular design of catalyst in more than 10 years. Successively undertook the national and provincial natural fund project, provincial scientific research project and the enterprise cooperation projects, etc. Graduates in this profession with wider range of employment, can work on material surface modification, photoelectric functional materials, molecular design and simulation and other aspects of research work in colleges, universities or research institutions.
